Lily has a strong background in Learning and Development and Human Resources. She began her working life in retail and moved to the Federal Government, first on the front line and quickly moved into management positions. Her next step was into the Human Resources field, where she was nominated for the Silver Medal in Leadership in 2006 for her work in redesigning an organization in the Yukon Territories.
As the Manager of a Learning Centre and certified executive coach, Lily developed high impact workshops on various topics and while coaching leaders in an Executive Leadership Development program. She then joined the BC Government as the Director of Organizational Development, where she led teams of internal facilitators and workshop designers in delivering coaching workshops and learning organization workshops. Her work in designing and training facilitators on the “Building a Respectful Workplace” workshop was a finalist in the 2009 Premiers Awards and is now one of the top subscribed workshops offered to BC public servants. She now serves as an Associate Faculty member at Royal Roads University in their Advanced Coaching Program.
Lily has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and a Masters in Leadership and Training and is currently enrolled in a Masters in Organizational Management and Development at Fielding Graduate University, where she recently earned a certificate in Evidence Based Coaching. She is a Professional Certifed Coach (PCC) recognized by the International Coach Federation and also holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy.
